Pastel Grain Premium Pastel Paper 360gsm 18 x 24cm 12 Sheets - Warm

This special card made by French company Clairefontaine, is dedicated to dry pastel drawing. With its surface with a more pronounced grain than Pastelmat, it offers new experiences for pastel drawing and allows you to accentuate texture effects. Resistant to erasing, it allows beautiful blending and also resists wet techniques: even when wet, this card retains its unique properties!

Easy to use, it is suitable for beginners and offers a new experience for experienced and professional artists

It has four different shades in grey tones (three sheets each): Brown, Sand, Maize and Natural Sienna.

Unique and innovative paper: the intensively grained surface of the Pastel Grain paper allows the pigment layers to be multiplied without over saturating the surface, and without fixing agents. It allows energetic strokes such as the softest smudges; it also retains its properties after wet or rubber wiping.

This pad with 12 sheets has a Glassine crystal paper divider between each sheet to protect your drawings. The glued surface allows for easy separation of the sheets.
