Derwent Inktense Blocks Tin includes 72 highly-pigmented ink blocks. They are incredibly versatile and can be used in a variety of ways to create different effects. Apply them dry for a rich, opaque colour or add water to create a transparent ink.

The ink is fixed and permanent when dry so excellent for application on fabrics such as cotton and gentle enough for delicate fabric like silk. The blocks can be turned on their side for colour coverage of large areas or used on their end for finer works. 

Whether applied wet or dry, these ink blocks produce ultra-vibrant vivid colours that will stand the test of time. 

Features:

• Use them dry to apply fine lines or broad strokes directly to the paper.

• Wet, they can be used like pans of paint, dipped in water to apply colour directly to the paper, or applied to wet paper for instant, intense color.
