Art Basics Crepe Eraser

Crepe Erasers are generally made from rubber latex, and are used for removing adhesive residue left behind when removing adhesive tapes, like sticky tape. Use them to remove tacky marks or adhesives from your artwork.

They are often used to remove masking fluid from watercoluor paintings. Can also be cut into custom shapes and sizes for getting to small detail areas. 

The eraser is an off-white colour to show any adhesive or surface dirt removed. They take their name due to the crinkled surface which aids the mechanical cleaning action.

Useful for cleaning old tape adhesive residues from the surface of paper, wood and other media, easily removing excess rubber cement, masking fluids and other adhesives. Can also be used for cleaning marks from leather and suede.
