Watercolor Paint: Simply use water—no soap or solvents needed. Gently rinse until the water runs clear.

3. Rinse Thoroughly
Gently dip the brush in your solvent (water or cleaner) and swirl. Repeat until the brush runs clean.

4. Soap It Up
After the initial rinse, wash your brush with gentle soap or brush shampoo to remove any residual paint and oils.

5. Shape the Bristles
To keep your brush in its best form, reshape the bristles with your fingers.

6. Dry and Store Properly
Lay your brushes flat to dry or hang them upside down. Avoid standing them in water to keep the bristles from warping.
